To my beautiful wife who lost her wonderful mother:

Here I sit staring at a picture of two of the most caring women in the world. Each one so full of love and compassion. I cannot tell you how difficult it is for me to see your pain day after day. I do not know what you are going through. I can only tell you how much you are like your mother. You are full of energy and inspiration. You have a deep and intense capacity to love your children. You carry on her loving memory with awesome respect. I see her in your eyes, and I know our children do too. As you live your life, you become more like her and that is the greatest compliment of love that anyone could feel. Live, my sweetheart, live and you will always have your mother in your heart, because you and her are of the same Heavenly and Earthly bond. I know this should be a tribute to her, but, you see, you are your mother. I promise I will take good care of you and you will never lack the temporal, spiritual, or emotional needs of life.
To Chris: We will see you soon, and until then be happy and enjoy spending time with those you have lost so long ago.
Love, Gary Bey, your son-in-law
